MidasBuy Canceled My UC Purchase but Didn’t Refund My Money
I purchased UC through MidasBuy, and the money was deducted from my account. However, shortly after, I received a notification stating that my UC purchase was canceled because my region wasn’t Turkey. Despite this, my money was never refunded.
If my purchase was canceled due to a regional issue, then my payment should have been automatically refunded, but that hasn’t happened. This is completely unfair and unacceptable.
MidasBuy, I demand an immediate refund! Either return my money or provide the UC I paid for. I expect a quick resolution, as I am not the only user facing this issue.
