I Report Midasbuy UC Not Delivered: Forgot Transaction Code

I purchased UC (Unknown Cash) on Midasbuy, but I forgot to enter the required transaction code in the description field of my bank transfer. As a result, the UC has not been credited to my account. I desperately hope Midasbuy can easily assist me with this issue.

This oversight on my part has led to significant frustration and concern, as my payment has gone through, but I haven't received the digital currency I paid for. The funds are now in limbo, and I'm unable to access the UC needed for in-game purchases or activities. I urgently request that Midasbuy officials provide assistance as soon as possible to rectify this. I need to know the expected timeframe for their response. I seek either the immediate delivery of the purchased UC to my account or a full refund of my payment.
