I’ve been trying to purchase UC through Midasbuy, but the system keeps giving me a payment error. I’ve checked with my bank, and there’s absolutely no issue on their end—my account is active, and there are sufficient funds available. Yet every time I attempt the transaction, it fails.
To make matters worse, I reached out to Midasbuy support, but no one has responded. It’s been days, and I still haven’t received a single update or solution. I haven’t bought UC in a while, but I didn’t think the platform would act up just because of that—if that’s even related.
Midasbuy, I need this issue fixed now. Either restore the ability to make payments or clearly explain what’s causing the error. Ignoring your users is not acceptable. I just want to buy UC—why is that so difficult?
