A few months ago, my Midasbuy account linked to my Google login was completely hacked. Unfortunately, the attacker also gained control of my Google account, making it impossible for me to access either platform. I’ve tried multiple times to recover both accounts, but I’ve had zero success so far. This issue has been ongoing since April or May, and despite the time that’s passed, I still haven’t received any meaningful support.
Before my account was compromised, I had purchased a significant amount of UC (Unknown Cash) through Midasbuy for use in PUBG. I had invested a substantial amount of money into the game, and now all of that is lost due to this security breach. What’s worse is that Midasbuy appears to offer no clear support channel for account recovery or fraud resolution.
I’m shocked by the lack of customer service and accountability for such a major issue. I demand that either my Midasbuy account be fully restored or that the total value of my UC purchases be refunded. This situation must be resolved urgently, as it's unacceptable for a platform handling in-game currency transactions to leave users without recovery options after an account breach.
