I purchased 1800 UC from the Midasbuy website, and the payment was successfully deducted from my account. However, the UC was never delivered to my PUBG Mobile account. It’s been quite some time, and I’m still waiting for the balance to reflect. This is completely unacceptable from a platform that claims to be reliable and secure.
I trusted Midasbuy to deliver what I paid for, but now I feel deceived. If you can’t send the UC I bought, then I demand a full refund of my money. This type of issue shakes customer trust and should never happen on a platform that processes in-game purchases.
Fix this immediately—either credit my 1800 UC or return my money without further delay.
