On September 16, 2025, I attempted to withdraw USDT from my MEXC exchange account to my Gate.io account. Although I correctly entered both the SMS verification code and the Gmail code, the system repeatedly showed the following error messages:
“The email address has been registered”
“The SMS verification code has expired. Please re-send the code to TRY again”
“Email verification code error”
Because of these recurring errors, the withdrawal process never completes. I retried multiple times, but the issue persists every single time.
So far, there has been no deduction from my balance and no transaction fee taken, but I cannot move my USDT due to this verification failure. I have not yet contacted MEXC customer support, but this issue is preventing me from using my funds.
I request that MEXC immediately investigate and fix this technical problem so I can successfully complete my USDT withdrawal to Gate.io without further delays. Users should not face repeated verification code errors despite entering the correct information.
