I Face Withdrawal Problem on Mexc, SMS Code Block Prevents Access to My Funds


For the past two months, I’ve been unable to withdraw funds from my MEXC account due to a recurring SMS verification code error. Every time I attempt a withdrawal, the system fails to send the necessary code to complete the transaction. What’s especially frustrating is that this issue doesn’t occur during deposits—only when I try to withdraw my money.
To test the system, I deposited funds again recently, and everything worked flawlessly. But when I tried to withdraw, the same SMS code error appeared, just like before. I'm not alone in this—many other users seem to be experiencing the exact same problem based on what I’ve read online. Yet, it looks like MEXC has not taken any visible steps to fix it or even offer proper support.
This feels extremely unfair. MEXC has no right to restrict withdrawals through technical loopholes that conveniently never occur during deposits. I demand that MEXC immediately resolve the SMS verification issue and allow me to withdraw my funds without further delay.
