Unable to Transfer BTC from Mexc Account Due to System Error

I attempted to transfer the BTC balance from my Mexc account to my BTC Türk and Binance accounts but encountered repeated errors. Every withdrawal request gets rejected with the message: "Withdrawal request denied. Details below. Reason: System error. Please review the transaction and try again."

Despite reviewing the process multiple times, I cannot identify any mistakes on my end, and the issue persists. This ongoing problem prevents me from accessing my funds, which is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

I request Mexc to resolve this issue immediately and ensure the successful transfer of my BTC. My UID is 62758529. Please address this matter without further delay.
