Funds Unreasonably Held Due to MEXC Exchange Lockdown

My transactions were halted by MEXC Exchange with the explanation that they were "stuck in the control mechanism." After that, they made a request for information. I submitted it, and while it was approved, they informed me that I needed to wait ten days. I am unable to withdraw any of my money or make any other transactions. I've been using the account for a week, but there's nowhere to address my concerns; all I see is 'under review' - it's extremely frustrating. I insist that this problem be solved as quickly as possible. Unrealistic reasons are being given to customers to justify preventing them from withdrawing their funds.

Despite my complaints, the Mexc exchange continues to violate my rights and victimize me. I am still unable to trade or withdraw money; they are blatantly seizing my rights. There is no one to address this disgrace; there are no representatives, just automated bots and fixed messages saying you need to wait. No one is addressing our grievances. Please stay away from this exchange.

It doesn't concern me that you are conducting a detailed review; I am the one who is being wronged. What do you mean by "expedited"? I used your exchange for one week. Transactions from one week can be reviewed in just a few hours. Look, I can't make any transactions, I can't withdraw my money, my rights are being violated, and an injustice is being done right in front of my eyes. I am a victim, and I demand that this nonsense be resolved as soon as possible.
