Mexc iOS ETH/USDT Trade Frozen
On September 17, 2025, I was trading futures on the ETH/USDT pair via the iOS app on the Mexc platform. When my position was about $6,500 in profit, I tried to close it, but despite attempting 8–10 times, the system froze and gave no warning message. The screen was frozen for about 10 seconds, during which my position hit stop, and as a result, I lost around $10,500 including my initial capital. I have been trading in this market for 5–6 years, I am a VIP 2 member, and I have a trading volume in the millions of dollars. This is the first time I have faced such an issue. After the loss, I immediately contacted the support team, but they said the problem was on my side and refused to refund my loss. However, at that time there was no issue with my internet connection or my account. My UID number is 9322**8. I expect Mexc to compensate me for this loss and resolve my grievance; otherwise, I will escalate the matter to other authorities.
