Funds Stuck in Futures Account on MEXC - Unable to Transfer to Spot Account

I recently deposited funds into MEXC Exchange, but since I'm new to the platform, I accidentally transferred the money to my futures account instead of my spot account. Now, I'm trying to move the funds to my spot account, but the transfer isn’t going through. Even though I have enough funds, it keeps saying there’s insufficient balance, which is confusing and frustrating. I’ve already emailed MEXC support via Gmail, but I haven’t received any response yet. Can someone please help me understand how to transfer my funds from the futures account to the spot account? MEXC, please resolve this issue and provide clear guidance on how to access my funds!
