On July 12, 2023, the Metro Turizm made our trip from Susurluk to Altnoluk difficult. The bus was supposed to leave at 16:45, but we got to the bus station at 16:38, which was a lot earlier than that. But the bus left before it was supposed to, so we were stuck. Metro's office was closed, while those of other bus companies were open. When we told the bus attendant what had happened, they told us, "Take it to court." Even customer service said that our watch could have been set wrong. In short, the service we got was horrible.
