My Trip Was Cancelled Without My Notice by Metro Turizm
Metro Turizm cancelled the Balıkesir–Ayvalık trip scheduled for 04:00 on 04.06.2025 without notifying me via SMS, which caused serious inconvenience. I was left waiting at the bus station at 4 AM, completely unaware that the trip had been cancelled. There was no staff present to assist or provide any explanation, which only added to the confusion and frustration. Since I had a ferry to catch, I had no choice but to take a taxi to Ayvalık, which cost me ₺4,000. This unexpected expense and lack of communication are unacceptable. I don’t know how you intend to compensate for this, but I urgently demand that my grievance be addressed.
