I am filing a complaint about the assistant on this vehicle. He is absolutely unfit to represent a company like Metro Turizm. My father called to report his behavior after I experienced serious mistreatment during a 6-hour trip while pregnant. The assistant refused to give his name, threatened not to hand over our luggage, and even walked aggressively toward my father. If anything happens to my baby because of the stress he caused, I swear I will make his life miserable. I don’t care what personal issues he has—those should never affect passengers. Metro should employ qualified individuals, not unstable ones. I won’t let this go. The assistant even smoked next to the driver in a non-smoking area, clearly violating company rules. Don’t you have in-vehicle cameras? Watch them and see the truth. Every seat is numbered, every passenger is registered. Everything I say is accurate—my husband is also in the tourism industry and works with Metro during holidays. I chose Metro thinking it was a reputable company, but after this morning’s incident, I will never buy a ticket again unless you take action. This was the first and the last time.
