Vivense Sold Me a Defective Sofa and Bedroom Set and Ignored My Complaints


On August 9, 2023, we purchased a sofa set and a bedroom set from the Vivence store in Kütahya. While we anticipated these products to be durable and of high quality, we experienced significant disappointment shortly thereafter. The sofa set exhibited severe sagging, foam deformation, and structural deterioration. It’s unacceptable for a product that promises comfort and aesthetics to reach this state within a few months! The bedroom set suffered from substandard materials, assembly errors, and rapid deformations. Wardrobe doors don’t close properly, drawers come off their tracks, and the overall structure lacks durability. Despite repeatedly conveying these issues to Vivence customer service and the store, no solutions were offered! Our complaints were either dismissed or completely ignored. The quality and service promised before the sale turned into indifference and insensitivity afterward. It’s entirely unacceptable for a company like Vivence to mistreat its customers and not stand behind its products! Upon discovering that many other customers have faced similar issues, we realized this is not an isolated incident but a systematic problem stemming from the company’s general operations. We are notifying that we will seek our rights through legal channels by applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. If Vivence officials do not address this grievance promptly, we are determined to highlight our experience on every platform and pursue the necessary legal process to the fullest extent.
