Two days ago, my Metin2 character in Dandanakan was unfairly restricted after being robbed by [GA] Valens. Since then, I have been unable to use my account properly. When I try, I receive the message:
“Your account cannot use this feature because a hack program was detected.”
This accusation is completely false—I have never used any hack programs or third-party tools. My account was wrongfully restricted, and as a result, I cannot play or recover what I lost.
I also submitted several support tickets, but none of them have been answered, leaving me without any help.
I request that action be taken against [GA] Valens, that my account be reopened, and that my losses be compensated. Players should not suffer from unjust restrictions and lack of support.
