Binance Global Faulty Coin Transfer Refund
On July 26, 2023, at 17:22:52, I made a transfer from the mexc crypto exchange to my Metamask hot wallet. Unfortunately, the transfer was sent to the wrong address (0xe7804c37c13166ff0b37f5ae0bb07a3aebb6e245), which belongs to Binance. The transaction hash is 0x280c0bb657a01b3523d96d8ee565d9e68626e90319177566503a8d531824aa59. I reached out to Binance customer service, providing them with the details and requesting that the funds be sent to my Binance account. Their response was: "Dear user, we are currently unable to accept deposits of out-of-list tokens to the Binance hot wallet. Please make sure to double-check the token and address next time." I am seeking the cancellation and refund of the mistakenly transferred transaction if possible.
