I Can’t Log into MetaMask on My New Phone Even Though My Password Is Correct

I’m seriously frustrated with MetaMask right now. After switching to a new phone, I downloaded the MetaMask app, but when I try to log in using the same password I’ve always used—and I’m 100% sure it’s correct—the app simply doesn’t accept it. There’s no error message, no indication of what's wrong, and absolutely no way forward.

To make things worse, there’s no “Forgot Password” or recovery option in the app. It just keeps looping without letting me in. This is unacceptable for a wallet app that handles serious financial assets. I can still access my wallet through a browser, which proves my credentials are valid—so why won’t the app let me in on my new phone?

MetaMask, you need to address this issue immediately. Either fix the mobile login bug or give users a proper way to reset or verify their credentials. I need access to my wallet through the app, and I expect a prompt solution. This is a serious inconvenience, and it shouldn’t be happening with a platform trusted by so many users.
