I use WhatsApp Business on my Poco X6 Pro, and for a long time I’ve had 10 different broadcast lists ranging from 20 to 160 contacts. I send broadcast messages to one or two of these lists every day. Previously, I was able to send free broadcast messages without any restrictions. After WhatsApp switched to a paid plan, I added my credit card as the payment method, and I was charged several times. My payment method is active and my payments are up to date, but now my ability to send broadcast messages has been blocked without any explanation.
After the restriction, the following warning appears under my broadcast list:
“This account can’t currently create or send WhatsApp business broadcast messages. Activity on this account doesn’t comply with Meta’s Terms for WhatsApp Marketing Messages. You’ll be able to create and send business broadcast messages again on WhatsApp after: Nov 20, 10:43. To prevent this, follow our best practices for creating a high-quality experience.”
I contacted support through WhatsApp Business, but I only received automated responses and was offered no live support. The only “solution” provided was a set of general help links written in English.
My payment history is also completely fine; even if there was a temporary delay with my bank during the first payment, I fixed it immediately, completed my payments, and my paid plan is currently active.
I do not accept having my broadcast messaging rights restricted without any valid reason, and I request that this block be removed.
