I Got Permanently Banned from SuperLive Live Streaming Without Any Reason

I’m writing to express how disappointed and confused I am after being permanently banned from live streaming on SuperLive—without any explanation. I opened the app as usual, tapped on the “Go Live” feature, and was shocked to see that my live broadcast access had been completely disabled. I don’t know what I did wrong, and I never received any warning or notice.

The only thing I did was open a short 5–10 minute live stream where a few viewers sent gifts. That’s it. Nothing inappropriate, nothing against the rules. And now I’ve lost access to the one feature I actually enjoyed on this app. It’s frustrating not to even know whether this was a ban or a technical issue, because no one from support responds.

SuperLive, please fix this. I’m asking you to review my account, tell me what happened, and give me back my ability to stream. This is unfair and really discouraging.
