While I was watching stories on Instagram, a sudden message appeared saying: “Your account has received a violation. You can submit an appeal on October 8, 2025.” There was a button below that said “Appeal,” so I submitted an appeal. However, about five minutes later, I received another notification saying: “Your account has been disabled.”
I thought maybe I had done something wrong or the account was truly removed, so I decided to create a new one. As soon as I opened a new account, it received a violation within less than a minute. I then assumed the issue might be with my Gmail, so I created a new Gmail address and opened a brand-new Instagram account. Ten minutes passed and everything seemed fine—I thought this time it wouldn’t get flagged. But it still received a violation anyway.
I can’t understand whether the problem is with Meta or with Gmail. Also, because my Meta accounts were synced, my Facebook account was disabled as well. My PUBG Mobile account was linked to Facebook, and thankfully I managed to recover only that.
I’ve been trying to reach Meta, but there is no proper or effective support service available.
