Shopier Seller Not Responding—UGG Order Missing and Refund Not Issued
On January 25, 2026, I purchased a pair of UGG-style shoes through Shopier via Instagram from a website called selinarman.co and paid $117. Since the product I received did not fit, I requested an exchange for a larger size. The company sent me a return code, and I shipped the product back using that code on February 2, 2026.
It has now been about 25 days since then, and I have neither received my replacement shoes nor a refund. Despite messaging them multiple times via WhatsApp, I have not received any updates about the process. The last thing they asked for was the shipping tracking number, which I provided, but after that, they completely stopped responding.
I currently have neither the product nor my money, and they have cut off all communication, which makes me believe I may have been scammed. I request that my payment be refunded as soon as possible or that the correct size be shipped to me immediately. I also want an explanation as to why I have not received any communication throughout this process.
