Merrell Walking Shoes Tore After Only One Month of Use
I purchased a pair of Merrell walking shoes from Kasaba Store approximately 6 months ago. I only used the shoes during the summer season for about one month in total, yet a tear developed in the connecting section near the middle of the sole. Experiencing such a problem after such short and normal use both surprised me and caused serious inconvenience.
I submitted the product for inspection more than 10 days ago and I am still waiting for the result. During this process, I have been left without shoes and feel as though my inconvenience is not being taken seriously by anyone. I am also worried that the product will simply be returned by claiming the issue is “user error,” and if that happens I want to make it clear that I will pursue my rights through the Consumer Arbitration Committee and all available legal channels.
At this point, I absolutely do not want another product from the same brand. My request is either a full refund of the amount I paid or an exchange with an equivalent product from a different brand. I expect my issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.
