Mostbet Charged My Card Without Consent and Didn’t Credit My Account

I have my credit card saved on my Mostbet account, but on [insert date], ₺5600 was charged without my permission. The amount does not appear in my Mostbet balance nor was it refunded to my bank. I have the official transaction receipt proving that the payment was processed, yet I have received no resolution or refund.

I never authorized this transaction, and the fact that the amount is missing from both my betting account and bank account is deeply concerning. I’ve contacted support, but nothing has been done to fix the issue. I’ve also prepared all relevant documentation, including bank records and transaction proof.

I demand a full investigation and immediate refund of the unauthorized ₺5600 charge. Please resolve this issue within 14 days.
