Mercedes-Benz Imposing Embargo on My Company

I've previously voiced this complaint – our attempts to assert our rights have led Mercedes-Benz to impose an embargo on our business related to vehicle sales. In 2015, we purchased 50 tractors with brand-new engine compartments but later faced issues with cupping. Although replacements were made for those with problems when new, the rest of my vehicles also have issues.
When I suggested repairs, they assured me that any issues would be fixed free of charge. However, they seem indifferent. Four of my vehicles, purchased at a significant cost, have been held hostage at the company's service centers for two months, with no reimbursement for the detention fee. It appears they are brushing us aside, anticipating that we will sell the vehicles. Simultaneously, the vehicles are experiencing gear problems – either they jam, stick, or fail to shift, and no one is offering a solution. It's a problem being ignored.
I am preparing a legal notice, and I am striving to make everyone aware of the issue. I seek your help in shedding light on this matter.
