My eBay Account Was Suddenly Banned

I recently faced a situation that left me bewildered. My first account, active for five months with successful sales, was abruptly suspended without any specific reason. Despite my willingness to address any concerns, they shut my account down without a single question, providing a generic message to everyone. No explanation was given. I decided to open a second account, hoping it was a mistake, but it was closed again after my first sale. I received an email stating I disabled access, which I didn't. Concerned about a possible hack, I reached out to eBay support, only to receive the same copied message. They're doing nothing, and I also have some funds left stranded in there. This flawed system urgently needs fixing. They're not doing anything beyond copying and pasting the same message about permanent account suspension. Many of us, who entered eBay with trust, are left feeling deceived. Despite our innocence, eBay's actions are eroding its trustworthiness.
