Trendyol Suspended My Account Without Reason and Left Me With Defective Products
I have been a loyal Trendyol user for years, but now my account has been closed for no reason, which puts me in a tough spot. I had broken items that needed to be sent for analysis, but you didn't follow through, so now I have to deal with them and could lose money because of it. Since I've used your site for shopping for so many years, I feel let down and unfairly treated. I'm still looking for a clear and reasonable explanation of why my account was closed and how this problem will be fixed. I've been a fan of Trendyol for a long time, and this treatment makes me sad.
