I purchased a premium membership and my payment was successful, however, when I attempted to access the service using my username and password, I received a warning that the purchase had failed. Upon checking my credit card charges, I discovered that the premium membership fee had been charged to my account. I have reached out to Mentalup's customer service team multiple times via email, but have yet to receive a response or resolution to this issue. The lack of communication and support from the company is unacceptable and has left me feeling disregarded and disrespected as a customer. I demand that Mentalup take immediate action to resolve this issue and provide me with the premium membership that I have paid for. If this problem cannot be resolved, I expect a full refund of the fee that I have been charged. I will not stand for this type of dishonest business practices and will be sharing my experience with others to warn them of Mentalup's untrustworthy behavior. If a resolution is not reached, I will consider taking legal action.
