Çanak Okey Plus Banned Me for Alleged Chip Transfers

I had only played approximately 5–6 games with my newly created account on the Çanak Okey Plus mobile app. Immediately after breaking a pot worth approximately 1.2 million chips in my last game, my account was permanently banned on September 21 with a message stating, “You have been banned from entering the game due to chip transfers and a violation of the Terms of Service.”

I have absolutely never transferred, sold, or purchased chips in the game, nor have I sent chips to another account or another person. Since I did not violate any rules, I believe I was unfairly banned simply because I broke a large pot during the game.

I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed and that it be confirmed that there was no chip transfer or any similar violation associated with my account. I also request that the ban be removed and that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved as soon as possible.
