Nivea Facial Cleansing Foam Contains a Foreign Object

I purchased a Nivea facial cleansing foam from an Eve store last Monday. I have purchased and used this product from Eve many times before. As soon as I got home, I used the product once. However, while checking the ingredients afterward, I noticed a foreign object resembling a hair or strand of fur inside the product. I believe the object has been inside the product since the manufacturing stage, as it does not appear possible for it to have entered the product afterward.

This incident has seriously concerned me from both a hygiene and health perspective and has shaken my trust in the brand. I have not used the product again since discovering the foreign object. I request that the product's manufacturing process be investigated, that the necessary quality checks be carried out on the affected batch, and that both Nivea and the Eve store where I purchased the product provide an explanation and initiate the necessary procedures to address my complaint.
