Zynga Çanak Plus Okey Account Banned After Buying Chips

I have been playing Zynga’s Çanak Plus Okey game as A*** B***** for a long time. Recently, I noticed that players below level 20 are required to purchase at least 300,000,000 chips in order to enter tables with 7,000,000 chips or more. Like many other players who meet this requirement and purchase chips, I am then unfairly banned and removed from the game shortly after making the purchase.

Over the past three months, I have purchased chips approximately five times, spending a total of around $816, and I have experienced the same situation every time. Closing a player's account and removing them from the game without providing any valid explanation, especially after requiring them to make high-value chip purchases, causes serious financial and personal harm. I can also see that this situation is affecting many other players, not just me.

I want my account information to remain confidential, but I request that this practice be investigated, that unfair bans be removed, and that the money paid for the purchased chips be refunded. I expect Zynga to remove these conditions that cause players to suffer losses and undermine their trust, and to provide a transparent and fair explanation regarding this matter.
