MentalUP Keeps Trying to Charge Me Years After Cancellation
Even though I canceled my MentalUP subscription 2–3 years ago, the application is still attempting to charge annual membership fees from my account. The payments have not been successfully processed because the card was a virtual card and I later changed the card details, but for the past 2–3 months the system has continued trying to process payments repeatedly.
I first noticed this issue in December 2025 through notification messages sent by my bank. At first, I assumed the system would stop automatically after a few failed attempts, so I did not pay much attention to it. However, despite the passage of time, the continued and repeated payment attempts have started to seriously bother me.
I do not believe it is acceptable for MentalUP to continue attempting to collect payments even though I canceled my membership years ago. I request that MentalUP immediately terminate all subscriptions and payment authorizations connected to my account and ensure that no further payment attempts are made from my cards under any circumstances.
