MentalUP Charged My Card but Did Not Enable Premium Access

On February 22, 2026, at approximately 7:31 PM, a charge of approximately $10 was taken from my card through Google for the annual MentalUP family package. Even though the payment was successfully processed, our membership was never activated, and we are unable to use any of the premium features included in the paid package.

I contacted the company by email regarding the issue, but they claimed that my payment does not appear in their system. As a result, not only is my membership still inactive, but I have also not received any refund for the amount charged. The fact that the payment was taken from my card while the company refuses to accept responsibility or resolve my issue has been extremely frustrating.

I request that the payment be urgently reviewed within their system and that either our annual family package be activated immediately or the approximately $10 charged from my card be refunded to me in full without delay.
