I request that my monthly subscription with Mental Impulse IQ be cancelled at the earliest possible date and that I receive written confirmation of the termination by email. Since I do not have a customer or order number, I ask that my contract be identified based on my name, contact details, and the date and channel of conclusion. I expect that no further monthly payments will be collected after the effective termination date and that my data will be deleted in accordance with applicable data protection regulations unless legal retention obligations apply.
