Agoda Listed Fake Hotel and Refused Refund
"The error was accepted as a result of the correspondence. Points equivalent to 18 USD were awarded. A refund was provided to the card. Hopefully, the other affected parties will be resolved. The Agoda site should not ignore these errors and should grant a call center and Turkish assistant service to a country like Turkey, which is heavily touristic. The bot should provide an option regarding these errors to the artificial intelligence."
