Dear Sir/Madam, On 05 November 2025, I travelled on Turkish Airlines’ Istanbul–Hamburg flight as a Business Class passen...ger. Upon arrival, my baggage was not delivered, and I was forced to wait at Hamburg Airport for approximately 3.5 hours. After speaking with the airport staff, I was informed that
