On 25 December, I purchased a CMF Phone 1 from Amazon.com in Turkey. On the same day I received it, I decided to return ...the phone and requested a return through Amazon. However, my request was refused with the explanation that my claim was “inappropriate,” without any clear or detailed reason given.
