Customer Dissatisfaction With Turkcell GSM Carrier
I tried to top up my Turkcell prepaid line with a package, but I was informed that I couldn't because of an unexpected ₺...340 charge for walkie-talkie usage. I paid ₺300 towards this fee, but they still refused to activate the package, insisting that I owed ₺340. I am very dissatisfied with Turkcell.
