Customer Dissatisfaction With Turkcell GSM Carrier
I tried to top up my Turkcell prepaid line with a package, but I was informed that I couldn't because of an unexpected ₺340 charge for walkie-talkie usage. I paid ₺300 towards this fee, but they still refused to activate the package, insisting that I owed ₺340. I am very dissatisfied with Turkcell. Beginning tomorrow, I have decided to terminate my Turkcell subscription and make the switch to Vodafone. They assert themselves as Turkey's top GSM operator, yet I've previously utilized Avea and Vodafone without facing the same level of ineptitude and superfluous obstacles for customers. I am extremely unhappy.

Dear Customer, You will be informed via SMS when your package rights are exhausted. If usage continues and you do not have a package on your line, the existing TL balance will be deducted. Internet usage made through the line does not include your usage in the last hour. You can easily access information about how much data you have used and at what date and time through our Turkcell application. The wireless usage fee is automatically paid every month if there is sufficient TL on your line. If there is no TL on your line, the accumulated wireless usage fee debt will be automatically paid when you load TL onto your line.
