Hello, I ordered a product from AliExpress on November 28. Since the item was going to arrive late, I canceled the order.... AliExpress informed me that my refund had been issued, but the $41 has still not appeared in my Ziraat Bank account. When I call Ziraat Bank, they say that no such refund is show
