I am so sorry you are going through this stressful situation. Thank God I read your comment! I was just about to use Uption to send an important transfer to Europe, but your review completely saved me. I ended up using my regular bank and paid a 3,500 TL commission fee instead. It is a high fee, but honestly, it is 100% worth it to avoid this kind of nightmare. Did you ever get any update or manage to get your money back? Please let us know. Knowing how things usually work here in Turkey, I highly doubt they will return it easily, but I really hope I am wrong and you get your funds back soon.
