I am filing a complaint about an experience I had on June 25, 2025, at around 3:12 p.m. at the Starbucks location on the... ground floor of Mall of Istanbul. When I asked the cashier, Ms. Z*****, to provide an iced paper cup with my drink—as has always been done during my previous visits—she refused my
