Expert Option Deposit Not Credited After Successful Bank Transfer

About two days ago, I sent $270 via FAST transfer to a person named R** E****. However, this amount has not been credite...d to my Eq Broker / Expert Option account in any way. Even though the transfer appears successful, the funds have not been added to my balance, and I am currently unable to use my
