Expert Option Deposit Not Credited After Successful Bank Transfer
About two days ago, I sent $270 via FAST transfer to a person named R** E****. However, this amount has not been credited to my Eq Broker / Expert Option account in any way. Even though the transfer appears successful, the funds have not been added to my balance, and I am currently unable to use my money.
I contacted Expert Option support by email regarding this issue and informed them that I am waiting for a response, but no solution has been provided so far. I request both a clear and detailed explanation about what happened to the money I sent and that the $270 be credited to my account immediately.
To prevent my inconvenience from continuing, I kindly ask that this matter be reviewed urgently and that I receive a written response explaining the outcome.
