eDreams Doesn't Proceed My Refund
I canceled my ticket about two months ago. The Agent told me that after subtracting about $700 I would get back my money... after 30 days. After two months I'm still waiting and got nothing. eDreams says pending by the Airline, But the airline says that it's eDream's responsibility to manage the refund
