Findmykids Charged ₺300 Despite Free Vodafone Subscription

Even though I have a free one-year subscription from Vodafone, Findmykids still charged me ₺300 for a subscription. I h...ave not been able to reach anyone for support, and I cannot get a refund. I request that my subscription be canceled and that the ₺300 charge be refunded immediately.
