Unauthorized Are Keetto Subscription Charged My Card

I am writing to report an unauthorized charge for a monthly subscription from Are Keetto. Initially, I paid 0.99 $ with my bank card as a promotional price, and there was no request, offer, or confirmation from my side to continue the subscription at the standard price. On 06.07.2026 at 09:03:31, 9.99 $ were debited from my card without my consent. In my personal account I did not find any clear or accessible option to cancel or disable the subscription in advance, which makes the situation even more unacceptable for me. I am extremely outraged that money was charged in this way. I am now planning to contact you at [email protected] to request a full refund of the 9.99 $ and to cancel any further charges for this subscription. I ask you to return the debited amount to my card and ensure that no repeated debits will occur without my explicit confirmation.
