I joined the Meditopia lifetime membership campaign with an 80% discount via a special link sent to my email. I paid the required amount immediately through that offer. But after the payment, the app displayed a completely false message saying, “Your membership had already started earlier,” which is absolutely untrue. Even worse, instead of the promised lifetime access, they only activated a 6-month subscription—despite my payment clearly being made today and linked to the lifetime deal in the email.

This is misleading and unfair. I contacted support within 30 minutes of payment, yet received no helpful response. I’m demanding either activation of the promised lifetime membership or a full refund to my card.

Meditopia must honor its campaign terms or be ready to face consumer protection authorities. I hope this platform lives up to its promises, because if not, I will escalate this through all legal channels. I expect an urgent resolution.
