I have been a loyal user of Meditopia for a long time, but today I discovered an unauthorized charge on my credit card. What’s even more concerning is that my card details were not even saved in the app, yet they still managed to withdraw money without my approval.
This is a serious security issue! I did not authorize this payment, and I demand a full refund immediately. If Meditopia can charge users without stored payment information, how can we trust this platform with our data?
