Requesting Refund for Faulty Lenovo Tablet Purchased at Media Markt

I purchased a Lenovo tablet from Media Markt on June 22, 2023, but faced issues almost immediately. Just six days later, on June 28, 2023, the tablet stopped turning on entirely. I returned it to the store, explained the issue, and requested a refund. Instead, the tablet was sent back after repair. Unfortunately, I encountered issues again and returned it on July 6, 2023, once more asking for a refund. However, despite these repeated problems, Media Markt declined my refund request, claiming it was due to "user error." I’m now left with a device I cannot use. I strongly urge Media Markt to reconsider and issue a full refund for this ongoing issue.
